Elijah Omagor

Managing Director
Elijah Omagor
Elijah Omagor is the Founder and Managing Director of Konnect Initiatives and has been active in the financial services sector since 2006. He drives core corporate expertise across commercial transactions, business law, and asset development. Elijah holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from ESAMI. An Advocate of the High Court of Uganda practicing since 2006, his executive footprint includes 16 years of strategic leadership across banking, insurance, and FMCG sectors. He previously served as Head Legal and Company Secretary for Nile Breweries Limited (ABInbev subsidiary), Legal Manager at Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, and Company Secretary of SWICO. Notably, as Chief Executive Officer at P-Save for seven years, he systematically scaled its asset portfolio into a multi-million-dollar financial institution. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Pendeza Committee for Responsible Government and as a Non-Executive Director of the Joy Medical Center.

Deborah Ochieng Avinyia

Deborah Sarah Avinyia serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Konnect Initiatives, where she executes strategic corporate goals and directs comprehensive day-to-day corporate management. Appointed General Manager in February 2023, she led the architectural assembly of the firm's critical decision-making committees that govern strategic operational frameworks today. Her trajectory within Konnect Initiatives includes milestone contributions across the Credit Department, where she authored the firm's formal credit policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), culminating in the formation of the current-day Management Committee governing credit and investment strategy divisions.

Marion Basudde

Marion Basudde
Marion is responsible for coordinating professional teams, managing corporate decision frameworks, and matching immediate team allocations with long-term institutional goals. She directs the Customer Engagement division, reinforcing relationship channels with members and key strategic partners. Backed by over ten years of senior banking leadership spanning major regional institutions including United Bank for Africa (UBA) and Stanbic Bank, Marion provides critical instruction in financial literacy metrics, human resource capital optimization, and corporate relationship infrastructures.

Shaddai Kamoga

Shaddai Kamoga
Shaddai Kamoga structures the strategic investment deployment pathways and market positioning metrics as the Strategy Manager for Konnect Initiatives. He guides the development, launch, and integration of the firm's high-performance institutional initiatives. Drawing from prior operational experience as Marketing Officer and Customer Relationship Manager, Shaddai entered the firm as an asset trainee from Cavendish University, where he achieved his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. He directs operations for the Konnect Venture Capital Studio.

Denis Musinguzi

Denis Musinguzi
Denis Musinguzi serves as Credit Analyst at Konnect Initiatives, directing the systematic verification metrics and risk assessment logic that anchor the firm's financial inclusion channels. Since joining the organization, he has co-developed all foundational aspects of Konnect Initiatives' credit validation processes and financial products. Denis structures quantitative risk intelligence models, backed by a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University.
